NTT Communications Expands
Arcstar Global ATM and
Arcstar High-Speed Digital International Leased Circuit Services Areas

NTT Communications Corporation (NTT Com) today announced that it would add the United Kingdom (U.K.) and Germany to its Arcstar Global ATM Service area as of May 9, bringing the total number of service countries/areas to seven.
France will be added to NTT Coms Arcstar High-Speed Digital International Leased Circuit Service area, bringing the total number of service countries/areas to 17. Also, super high-speed menus with circuit speeds of 45 Mbps and 150 Mbps will be provided for existing Arcstar recipients China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea (Rep. of), Singapore, and the Philippines.
The company also plans to continue expanding the Arcstar service area and service menu in accordance with customer demand.

Available Service Speed:
Port speeds of 1.5 Mbps, 45 Mbps and 155 Mbps will be offered.
Under a specified port speed, customers can establish multiple permanent virtual circuits (PVCs) linking to multiple destinations at 0.5 Mbps increments up to 1 Mbps link speed. Beyond 1 Mbps, customers may select speed in 1 Mbps increments. (Please see Attachment 1).
