NTT Com Expanding its Presence in Europe and India
NTT Communications (NTT Com) announced today that following the establishment of NTT Communications Russia LLC in Moscow, Russia this past January, the wholly owned subsidiary will now set up a branch office in St. Petersburg, and, in addition, two other NTT Com subsidiaries will respectively set up branches in Brussels, Belgium and Neemrana, India, all within the current business quarter (see Attachment 1).
The Brussels branch will be set up by NTT Europe Limited, an NTT Com subsidiary that already manages branch offices in other European cities (see Attachment 2).
NTT Com also operates a representative office in Moscow, which it set up in April 2008.
The Indian branch will be located in the first Japanese-exclusive industrial park in India, Neemrana Industrial Area, which was built by the state government of Rajasthan with cooperation from the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO). NTT Com expects to support Japanese enterprises that are setting up operations in the surrounding region (see Attachment 3).
