NTT Com to End Super Relay FR and Super Relay CR Services

TOKYO, JAPAN - NTT Communications (NTT Com) announced today the termination of four data-communication services for enterprise customers, including Super Relay FR, Super Relay CR, Arcstar IP-VPN FR Access and Arcstar IP-VPN CR Access, on March 31, 2011.

The services have been used widely since 1994 by enterprise customers operating networks that incorporate frame relay or cell relay technologies. In recent years, however, subscriptions have declined, prompting NTT Com to decide to terminate the services.

NTT Com will provide customers with support and information about options for alternative solutions. For questions, customers may contact NTT Com at 0120 055 480 (Japanese only) between 9:00 and 17:00 JST.
