NTT Communications Group Releases 2011 CSR Report
TOKYO, JAPAN - NTT Communications (NTT Com) announced today the release of its annual report on corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities carried out in fiscal 2010.
The NTT Communications Group CSR Report 2011 explains how the group implemented its CSR Basic Policy as a Global ICT Partner that provides telecommunications services to help build a more prosperous and sustainable society. The report, which presents information from the viewpoints of both the group and its stakeholders, covers three main categories: contributions to society, environmental protection and respect for employees.
The printed version of the report, which is summarized to reduce paper consumption, covers CSR policies and activities of special importance to stakeholders. The online version, which is the full report, also provides details about environmental activities and performance.
The Japanese-language report already has been released online (www.ntt.com/csr) and the printed version will be issued on October 17, 2011. The English-language report will be issued both in print and online (www.ntt.com/csr_e) in late November.
