NTT Communications Launches
Arcstar Conferencing Services in Global Markets

TOKYO, JAPAN - NTT Communications Corporation (NTT Com), the ICT solutions and international communications business within the NTT (NYSE: NTT) Group, announced today that NTT Com has launched Arcstar Conferencing services in Hong Kong and Malaysia. Launches in other global markets such as the U.S., Europe and APAC will be forthcoming.

NTT Com offers video, web, audio conferencing and other communications services under Arcstar Conferencing (www.ntt.com/a_conferencing_e). Customers use these services to enhance communication anytime, anywhere such as outside offices or overseas. This leads to reduced travel costs and time, as well as streamlined information sharing and decision making.

One of the many special features of Arcstar Conferencing is integrated web and audio conferencing. With Arcstar Web Conferencing, meeting materials can be easily shared and displayed on all participants’ PC screens, and edited on the spot. Together with these features, Arcstar Web Conferencing now includes Arcstar Audio Conferencing, an easy-to-use function which delivers crystal-clear voice worldwide – an essential component of successful collaborations, even in countries with lower-grade Internet infrastructure.
Another special feature is live assistance in local languages for Arcstar Audio Conferencing. The procedure for joining a conference is a simple operation, but if a participant requires support, live assistance is instantly available.
