TOKYO, JAPAN —NTT Communications Corporation (NTT Com), the ICT solutions and international communications business within the NTT Group, announced today the appointment plan for a director who is scheduled to resign on June 18, following the announcement regarding other changes in the company's directors in a news release issued by the company on May 12. It is now official that Masayuki Oikawa, currently Senior Vice President and Member of the Board, will take office at Hitachi, Ltd. following his resignation from NTT Com.
