A. 0033 - 010 - Country Code - Area Code - Telephone Number of the party.

A. This is a discount service for international calls made from mobile phones and PHS and it is different from the original discount service. There are two rates that are very easy for customers for understand. One is a 24-hour flat rate, and the other is a simple rate based on the number of minutes.

A. No. Available for most cell phone companies. Not available from some Rakuten Mobile services or cell phones roaming from abroad.

A. No. This discount service is only for mobile phones and PHS.

A. If your cell phone number is not changed, you can continuously use this service. However if your cell phone number is changed, you need to reorder the service.

A. No. If you use this service, you can not enter a contract for the "International Home Discount," or the "International Corporate Discount," which also give discounts for international calls made from mobile phones.

A. It will take about one to two weeks after our customer service center receive your order.

A. Domestic calls made from your mobile phone are billed by your mobile phone provider. International calls with this service will be billed directly from our company.

A. Calls under one minute are charged as a one-minute call. This calculation also applies after the first minute.

A. Yes. You may separate invoice for this service from any other invoice from NTT Communications.

A. It is possible to receive a combined bill. However, if you currently receive a bill from NTT East or NTT West for out-of-city calls made from your home phone, our company will send the bill for this service directly. Please make sure about this before you apply.

A. This rate is set so that it is easier for customers to understand, allowing them to make international calls more freely.

A. Yes. the cell phone and fix phone usage for 0033 SAMURAI Mobile will be separate column in our invoice.
