Our transit service provides an Internet connection with optimal quality by directly connecting to the NTT Communications Global IP Network, which is a global tier-1 IP backbone network.

NTT Communications' Global IP Network provides convenient high-speed global connectivity by directly connecting to major worldwide ISPs and using a single Autonomous System Number(“ASN”) (operated using an integrated routing policy). In addition, the backbone network uses a fully redundant configuration to ensure high reliability.

We offer 24/365 Japanese and English bilingual customer support, and we have implemented a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with the industry's highest standards. We were the first large domestic carrier to introduce a jitter (deviation of the packet transmission interval on a network) SLA.

Fixed Options Plan
Ideal for companies with stable Internet usage patterns and a fixed budget, we'll provide a fixed bandwidth level designed to meet your company's current requirements. Easily upgrade at any time.

Burstable Options Plan
This plan is available for all connection types. You'll get a circuit at a fixed rate, but during peak usage periods this plan allows for bursting to higher levels. Your business will commit to a base level of bandwidth each month. You just pay a surcharge for the excess usage, and you can utilize the additional bandwidth whenever necessary.
